A key to maximizing recoveries is to provide your student every opportunity and convenience to remit. Your students will have the choice of paying through a Payment Portal customized to your facility, using our Integrated Voice Response (IVR) phone system or talking to a live service representative located here at our Lewis Center, Ohio location.
Our Payment Portals and IVR allow students to set-up payment plans consistent with your existing policies or the student's loan obligations, update their demographic information and request text and paperless billing options. Whether they wish to speak to a representative during our extended business hours or login from their kitchen table at 3am; your students will have every payment convenience available to them.
We accept all major credit cards, EFT and traditional payment methods. Mailed in payments may be directed to our lockbox and processed by our cashiers. We make it easy to pay where your students are, with they device they have, using a payment method they prefer, at any time of day.
